I want to share my update of my latest purchase. I bought a pre-construction condo almost 4 years ago and it’s finally complete with closing last week It’s located in Vaughan, just steps away from the subway that will take you directly to downtown Toronto. It’s a fantastic location!
This property is a great example of instant equity. I purchased the property at significantly less than the current market value. I have a few options for this property. I can sell it and make a nice profit or I can refinance it and have a good down payment for a new property. My plan currently is to keep it for a while and rent it out. This property came with free property management and guaranteed tenancy for the first 2 years so I am taking advantage of that.
